With a professional model as a mother, an upbringing in New York and France, and a head of stunning, curly brown hair, it was undeniable that Christina would enter the modeling world. Her blog is a mix of behind-the-scenes fashion shoots and show rooms, daily life in NY, and her personal, quirky style. Though not your average prim and proper lady, Christina shows how kooky can most definitely be hot.

Tell us a little bit about yourself

I’m French Italian, Black & White.
Born in NY raised in France pretty much my whole life.
I love my brothers, I love cats & candy.
I love the beach.

How’d you get into fashion?

My mother was a professional model for many years which is the main reason we left for France..and also because my parents are crazy and love to travel, very “pick up and explore”. I started modeling when I was 15 and loved it! My 1st shoot was for a French surfing magazine called “Girl Power” I did a 5 page spread it was exciting!
I always loved fashion, even if I was a little bit of a tomboy growing up and mascara was a BIG DEAL for me when going out I only started wearing make up 3 years ago.

Latest inspiration?

Music inspires me, which is the main reason I have music on my site. Arcade Fire is my favorite band and I listen to them everyday.
Also: I have no ideal if this would classify as an inspiration, but I was trying on a pair of cow printed pants at a fitting a couple of days ago and I had the sudden urge to wear obnoxious prints and wear cow print pants with my cow print shoes at home.

Favorite stores/brands/companies?

Goth/Punk stores are now a favorite of mine cause they are super rad and you meet really cool people in there.
Topshop – Rag & Bone – Salvation Army – – …..

What else do you enjoy besides fashion?

I love spending time with my family and friends. I love pool parties or anything with the word “Party” involved haha. One of my favorite things to do is watching netflix and surrounding myself with candy.

What are your next steps? (next projects?)

I have so many projects in the works!! Several magazines are coming out this summer that I’m in, Cosmopolitan, Nylon Japan & Seventeen are some of them…. I see myself traveling way more, taking things to a whole new level.
I use to want to be a vet when I was younger…then a lawyer….this is so different than what I though I would be doing, so whatever comes next is just another adventure.
