How I Met Your Style (HIMYS) was concocted from the combined forces of two photographers who wanted to introduce the style gurus behind the blogs and brands. Revealing more intimate portraits of these trendsetters, they hope to focus on life on the other side of the mirror.

The People

Born in Las Vegas, Carmen was destined to take risks. Having grown up in Hong Kong, she moved to California to pursue a career in TV and Film production. Her appetite for adventure soon led her to follow a different path in her career: photography. Now Carmen is a fashion photographer, traveling between Hong Kong and Los Angeles.

Ken Wu is no stranger to travel. Having spent half his life in Hong Kong and the other in the States, Ken has cultivated an appreciation for cultural aesthetics. Ken is a connoisseur of vinyl toys and vintage cameras. Currently he resides in Southern California as an Interactive Designer and Photographer.
